What are the standard fees?
Our fee structure is EASY. We charge 35% APR for loans over $1000 and 48% APR for loans under $1000. There is No storage fee, No processing fee, No Late fee. Simple, easy, daily interest with no hidden fees or penalties.
How do I get my stuff back?
To get your goods back, make a full payment of what you borrowed plus the interest. Simply bring your ticket and a piece of Government issued ID* to McTamney's. We are located at 837 Danforth Avenue, Toronto.
*Health cards not accepted*
What if I am late?
Failure to make any payment will result in a contract default and all items will be the property of McTamney's. The item(s) will go out for sale on the sales floor and our website. You can still purchase items from McTamney's that previously belonged to you if they are available.
What if I lost my contract?
If your contract is lost, contact us immediately.
A replacement will be issued to you at your next available visit. Please keep your contract in a safe place and have it ready to bring in when you take out your goods!
Can I get more time?
We no longer provide extensions. To extend your contract, you must renewing your loan contract in-store or online. Click here to make a payment through our website. Get the time you need to make the full payment, when you are ready.
Why did I receive a letter?
Letters are mailed as a courtesy reminder that your loan is past due. If you have received and late notice letter, make an online payment through our website or visit us immediately to make a payment. If you cannot make a payment, please contact us.
