Refund policy

All of our items are carefully inspected and tested by our team of specialists. Should you require a return, refund or exchange, please read the guidelines below.

Returns:

  • Items that qualify for a return can include either a full money refund or an exchange for store credit.
  • Customers must produce their original purchase receipt at time of return.
    Photocopies and pictures are not accepted as the original receipt.

Refunds:

  • An item found to be faulty or defective within 14 days of purchase may qualify for a refund. The item must be returned to McTamney’s in the same condition it was sold, with all accessories or additional pieces that were included with the item.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any faults to determine cause of fault. If an item is found to be defective or faulty due to damage, unintended or inappropriate use, or abuse, a refund will not be issued.

Exchange or Store Credit:

  • Items that do not qualify for a refund may be issued an option to exchange or store credit. Customers may only exchange their purchase once. A restocking fee may apply.

Final Sale:

  • Items that are discounted, on sale, sold without tax, sold as cash and carry, including repairs, jewellery modifications, custom designed jewellery, and exchanges, are Final Sale. No refund, store credit, exchange, repair, or replacement will be issued. Customer Points Any Customer Points earned on a purchase that is returned will be forfeited.

Restocking Fees:

  • Items that are returned for exchange, store credit, or refund, are subject to a restocking fee. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase value of the item will be issued.

Layaway Return:

  • Items kept on layaway are subject to a restocking fee if the customer requests a refund, or to exchange the layaway. Layaway items can only be exchanged once. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase value of the layaway deposit will be issued. Managers have the right to refuse the layaway option at any time.
